Acer palmatum Sango Kaku

Flaming coral-red bark in winter (the younger the wood the stronger the color).  Habit is upright with twiggy stems.  Bright, medium green foliage in summer.  Yellow gold with light red-coral fall foliage.  Ultimately grows 20-25' tall (8-12" per year).
