Betula nigra Summer Cascade

If staked Summer Cascade will form a mound with layers of arching branches and grow to 6' high x 10' wide in 10 years.  Staked and trained it will form a central trunk with pendulous branches and mature at 50-60' high.  This is a fast growing and very pest resistant cultivar.  Dark green leaves turn yellow in fall.  Exfoliating bark like the species.
