Syringa patula Miss Kim
Upright purple buds open to fragrant, icy blue flowers on this mid-season bloomer. Although listed as dwarf it will probably go to 5′ high & wide. Although the flower panicles are not large it is a reasonably heavy bloomer. This species does better in heat and humidity.
